As a kid I used to love Dirt Pudding with gummy worms! But when I think of all the bad ingredients and how it was loaded with sugar, I shudder at the thought of eating it now or worse yet, serving it to Rose! Well, fear not! This updated, healthier version boasts a whopping 46g of protein per serving* because I used both our FlavCity Chocolate Protein Smoothie and Greek yogurt in the recipe. Even the gummy worms are healthier. But, rest assured, it’s still super yummy and sure to bring back great childhood memories.

  • In a bowl mix the Greek yogurt with the FlavCity Protein Smoothie until well combined.
  • Next crush the chocolate grahams until they are a fine powder and set aside.
  • Take an 8 oz mason jar and fill it halfway with the smoothie/yogurt mixture, then layer in the crushed grahams, add more yogurt mixture, and top with just a touch more crushed grahams.
  • Gently place the electrolyte gummies on top and press them in slightly into the center to keep them in place. Finish by sprinkling a little more of the crushed grahams over the top. Enjoy!

*If using FlavCity vegan protein, use 2 scoops. Grams of protein per serving will vary.
