Refund Policy 

Due to the nature of our products and the fact that we are a small business, all sales are final. Therefore, refunds are not available.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace it. Simply email us at hello@shopflavcity.com within seven days of confirming that the package was lost in transit, or promptly after receiving the damaged product, including a photo of the damage. Once we review and approve the claim (approval to be determined at our sole discretion), a replacement item will be shipped to you. If we are sold out of the product you ordered, a refund will be issued. We reserve the right to update, change, or revise any part of this Refund Policy without providing notice to you.
