Ingredients

Directions

  • In a medium bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the nut butter. Then add the FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie and mix again.
  • Using one half of the mixture, dollop four circles (about three inches in diameter each) on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place the popsicle
sticks on each dollop of mixture (with the top of the stick placed in the center of the circle). Then, cover each stick/dollop with the remaining half of the yogurt/protein mixture.
  • Sprinkle each pop with the peanuts and two tablespoons of chocolate chips. Then, freeze the pops for 4-6 hours.
  • Right before removing the pops from the freezer, melt the remaining 1.5 cups of chocolate chips using a double boiler. Once melted, stir in the
coconut oil and remove from heat.
  • Remove the pops from the freezer, and work quickly to dip the pops in the melted chocolate before placing them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet. Then, return them to the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate sets.
  • Enjoy immediately and store any leftovers in an airtight container or zip top bag in the freezer.
