This delicious Tiramisu Chia Pudding is low carb, and boasts a whopping 28g of protein per serving! It also couldn’t be easier to make. The combination of both Greek Yogurt and our FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie takes this high-protein delectable treat to the next level. The addition of chia seeds not only adds fiber, but gives it a thick, creamy consistency. And simple ingredients like coffee, maple syrup and vanilla extract add to the rich and delicious tiramisu flavor.

  • In a blender, add the yogurt, milk, chia seeds, FlavCity Protein Smoothie, vanilla extract, coffee and maple syrup.
  • Blend it until the chia seeds are ground and the texture is thick like pudding.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into three 6 to 8oz mason jars and dust the tops with cocoa powder. Place them in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes. Enjoy immediately or within 5 days.
