  1. Place the oats in a small jar or bowl.
  2. In a blender, blend the FlavCity protein powder and almond milk until smooth. Add the carrots, pineapple, cinnamon, and vanilla. Pulse until well combined and carrot and pineapple are finely minced.
  3. Add the protein mixture to the jar of oats. Stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. To serve, top with the walnuts.

Tips

You can make this up to 3 days ahead so go ahead and make multiple batches to have breakfast ready to go for a few mornings. Add the walnuts just before serving to keep them crunchy.
