  1. In a bowl, mix almond flour, Flavcity Pumpkin Spice Latte Protein Mix, coconut oil, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and salt until the dough forms.
  2. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  3. Press the dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet to create an even slab.
  4. Melt extra chocolate chips with coconut oil either over a double boiler or a microwave in 20 second increments.
  5. Once it’s melted, pour it over the slab, and smooth out.
  6. Freeze for at least 30 minutes, then break into bark pieces.
  7. Store in the freezer!
