Lemonade Cheesecake Toast

If you like sweet toast with your morning coffee, you’re gonna love this Lemonade Cheesecake Toast. It’s a tasty trend that’s a take on your everyday toast, with the sweetness of cheesecake. It’s simple, mess free, and made with our delicious FlavCity Grapefruit Superfood Lemonade. Makes 4-6 servings (depending on the size of your bread).

Ingredients

1/2 cup yogurt (use your favorite vegan one as a dairy-free replacement)
1 egg
2 scoops FlavCity Grapefruit Superfood Lemonade
4-6 slices of bread (we used Base Culture Sourdough for a low carb option)
Raspberries
Ghee
Salt

Directions

Preheat the oven (or air fryer) to 400F.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, egg, and FlavCity Grapefruit Superfood Lemonade.
Flatten out the middle of each slice of bread with your fingers, leaving a lip around the edges. Flip each slice and spray it with ghee, followed by a
sprinkle of salt. Flip the bread back over and place them on a sheet tray (or air fryer tray).
Top each slice with 2-3 spoonfuls of the yogurt/lemonade mixture and top with raspberries.
Bake for 5-10 minutes until the cheesecake is a light golden brown and slightly cracked.
Remove from the oven, let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
