  1. In a small pot, warm the bone broth, coconut milk, Keto Hot Chocolate Mix and vanilla together over medium heat until hot but not boiling. Warm slowly! if it boils, it can separate or taste slightly savory.
  2. Blend for 10 seconds until smooth and frothy. Alternatively, you can use a milk frother instead of a blender for a café-style foam.
  3. Pour into a mug and top with a generous dollop of coconut whipped cream. Serve warm.

Substitutions

  • If bone broth tastes too strong, start with ¼ cup broth and ¾ cup coconut milk.
