Pink strawberry yogurt bites sprinkled with shredded coconut on a teal plate, with a bowl of fresh strawberries and a Flavcity Berries and Cream Protein Powder on the side

Frozen Berry Clouds

Author: Jazz Leaf • Jul 02, 2025

These Frozen Berry Clouds are cool, creamy bites with serious protein power and a burst of berry flavor! They’re made with only three ingredients - our FlavCity Berries and Cream Protein Smoothie, Greek yogurt, and fresh strawberries. So, they’re naturally sweet, but have no added sugar! It’s a fruity, high-protein treat that melts in your mouth, and perfect as a snack, post-workout fuel, or guilt-free dessert. Just blend, scoop, freeze, and snack!

Directions

  1. Add the strawberries to a food processor and blend until mostly smooth.
  2. Next, add the Greek yogurt, FlavCity Berries and Cream Protein and blend until smooth.
  3. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Pour or scoop tablespoon-sized rounds onto the lined sheet tray. Add any optional toppings, if desired.
  4. Place the tray in the freezer for about 1 to 2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Once set, serve right away. Enjoy!

Notes:

  • For a dairy-free option, swap the Greek yogurt for a thick coconut or almond yogurt and use 2 scoops of FlavCity Vegan Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie. Grams of protein per serving will vary.
  • Transfer any leftovers to a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag. Keep frozen, for up to 2 weeks.
  • If using frozen berries, let them thaw slightly before step 1. Then blend the berries with the yogurt and protein all together (no need to blend them in steps).
