Directions

  • Add the loose-leaf tea to a nut milk bag, or a reusable tea bag.
  • Slice the lemon.
  • Add the bag of tea and lemon slices to a 1-gallon glass container and fill it with water.
  • Find a sunny spot in your yard to let the tea ‘brew’ for 3-4 hours.
  • Bring the sun tea back inside and remove the tea bag.
  • Pour tea into a glass and add one packet of FlavCity Electrolyte Drink Mix and stir well, until dissolved.
  • Add ice and enjoy!
