Here's my no bake paleo granola recipe that only takes 10 minutes make and tastes fantastic. This homemade granola is gluten free, grain free, loaded with nuts and seeds, and incredibly easy to make.

  1. Preheat a large non-stick pan over medium-low heat with the coconut oil. Add all the almonds, walnuts, pecans, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, and cook for 5 minutes, or until the nuts become lightly browned. Add the salt, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and cook for another minute. Add the agave nectar, coconut flakes, and cook for one more minute. Take off heat and check for seasoning, you may want a little more agave nectar. To make this recipe keto, add 1-2 tablespoons of monk fruit sweetener or 1 teaspoons of stevia powder.
  2. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container on the counter for 2 weeks, if it lasts that long.
