Coconut Lemon Lime Electrolyte Sorbet

This refreshing Coconut Lemon Lime Electrolyte Sorbet is crafted with our FlavCity Lemon Lime Electrolyte Drink Mix and organic coconut water, which is naturally high in electrolytes. Makes 3 Servings

Ingredients

2 cups coconut water
3 packets FlavCity Lemon Lime Electrolytes
Lime zest for garnish
Coconut flakes for garnish

Directions

Add the coconut water to a Ninja Creami pint container, then add the packets of FlavCity Electrolytes. Mix well with a hand frother or small whisk until dissolved. Cover and freeze on a flat surface for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Remove the container from the freezer and remove the lid. Place it in the outer bowl and secure the outer bowl lid. Then place it on the Ninja Creami machine and press the “Sorbet” button. Allow the machine to complete the function, then remove it from the machine and open it to check for consistency. Use the “Respin” feature once, if needed.
Then scoop, garnish with lime zest and coconut flakes (if desired) and serve immediately. Enjoy!
