Loaded with chocolate chips and fiber-packed oats, these muffin-like oat cups will both satisfy your taste buds and keep you fuller longer.  Enjoy one as a protein-packed snack for 3 Weight Watchers Points or two for a 22-gram protein breakfast and 6 Points.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line and spray the cups of a 12-cup muffin pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the FlavCity protein powder, almond milk, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and vanilla. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Stir in the oats and half of the chocolate chips. Divide the oat mixture among the muffin pan cups. Top with the remaining chocolate chips.
  4. Bake 22 to 25 minutes, until set in centers. Cool on wire rack 5 minutes before removing from pan. Enjoy warm or cool completely and refrigerate for up to 4 days.

Tips

If refrigerated, reheat an oatmeal cup, uncovered, on a plate in the microwave for 20 seconds, until just warmed through.
