Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and spray a loaf pan with avocado oil and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl add the Greek yogurt, egg, and maple syrup then stir to combine.
  3. To the same bowl add the flour, FlavCity protein, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir well to combine making sure to scrap down the sides of the bowl. The batter should be thick, but slightly pourable.
  4. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to the prepared loaf pan using an ice cream scooper to create ‘buns’ then outline the buns with the blueberries, making sure to fill in the cracks. Top with a sprinkling of coconut sugar, then bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown on top and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve yourself a nice bun drizzled with maple syrup or a protein syrup (2 tbsp FlavCity Protein + 1.5 tbsp milk), and enjoy!
