Directions
- Pour the milk into a small saucepan. Evenly sprinkle the gelatin over the surface and let it sit for 5 minutes to bloom.
- Place the saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly for about 2 minutes until the gelatin dissolves. The milk should not reach a simmer or boiling point.
- Stir in the sugar until dissolved, then add the cream and continue stirring until fully combined.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the FlavCity Protein Smoothie.
- Lightly grease two ramekins with avocado oil then pour the mixture in.
- Refrigerate until set, about 4 hours or overnight.
- About 20 minutes before serving, prep the berry compote by adding the fresh blueberries, water, maple syrup, and lemon juice to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir occasionally and cook until the berries are about to burst. Remove from heat, pour into a separate bowl and allow to cool for 15 minutes.
- Then remove the panna cotta from the fridge, dip the bottom of the dish in warm (not hot) water for about 5 seconds, then invert onto a plate. Optionally you can also run a thin knife around the edge to help it release. If it doesn’t come out, repeat the warm water step until it releases.
Top with the blueberry compote and enjoy!
