Are you ready for the MOST delicious ice cream around? Then you gotta make this Berry Swirl Protein Ice Cream in your Ninja Creami machine! The protein comes from my FlavCity Berries and Cream Protein Smoothie, the fruity swirl comes from frozen strawberries, and the creaminess comes from half & half. Some freeze-dried strawberries add more fruit flavor and a satisfying crunchy texture. You’re gonna love this cool and ‘berry’ delightful dessert!

Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries
1.25 cup half & half
2 scoops FlavCity Berries and Cream Protein Smoothie
¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries plus more for garnish

Directions

In a shaker bottle add the half & half and the FlavCity Protein Smoothie and cover tightly with the lid. Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds until combined.
To a Creami container add a heaping cup of frozen strawberries and top with the protein mixture until you reach the max fill line. Cover and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
Remove the container from the freezer, replace the freezer lid with the mixing lid, and place it on the Ninja Creami machine. Press the “Ice Cream” button and allow the machine to finish its cycle. Remove it from the machine, take off the lid and add the freeze-dried strawberries to the container. Then replace the mixing lid, place it back on the machine and press the ‘Mix In’ button.
Remove the container from the machine, then scoop, serve and enjoy!
