3/4 cup paleo flour mix

1/3 coconut sugar or maple sugar

1 scoop ShopFlavCity Protein Smoothie

1/3 cup cashew butter (or any nut butter)

1 organic pasture-raised egg

3/4 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup unsalted grass-fed butter

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, add the paleo mix, baking soda, Protein Smoothie, and 1⁄4 teaspoon of salt. Mix well and set aside. In another bowl, beat the sugar and butter together for 1 minute on high using a hand mixer. Add the cashew butter, vanilla, and beat on medium for another 15 seconds to combine. Add the egg and beat once again.
  2. Add the dry mix to the wet mix and stir with a spatula until thoroughly combined. Add the chocolate chips and mix well. Cover the batter with plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes or even overnight.
  3. Use a cookie scoop or spoon, and place dough 2-3 inches apart on sheet tray. Bake for 13 minutes or until lightly golden around the edge.
  4. Let cool for 5-10 minutes and ENJOY!
