Protein Waffles

Ingredients

Waffles

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon tapioca starch
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil/ghee/butter (melted)

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, vanilla, and coconut oil set aside
  • In another bowl, mix the Flavcity Protein Smoothie, almond flour, tapioca starch, and baking powder.
  • Add the wet on top of the dry ingredients, mix well, and let batter rest for 10 minutes. Batter will be very loose, but that’s normal.
  • Add batter to the waffle maker, cook and enjoy.
