Ingredients
Waffles
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 scoop FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon tapioca starch
1 tablespoon coconut oil/ghee/butter (melted)
Directions
In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, vanilla, and coconut oil set aside
In another bowl, mix the Flavcity Protein Smoothie, almond flour, tapioca starch, and baking powder.
Add the wet on top of the dry ingredients, mix well, and let batter rest for 10 minutes. Batter will be very loose, but that’s normal.
Add batter to the waffle maker, cook and enjoy.
