POSITION TITLE: Lead AI Visual 2D and 3D Artist

POSITION DUTIES: Advanced 3D modeling and texturing capabilities (Maya, Substance). Strong understanding of traditional art principles and composition. Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with motion graphics and video editing. Demonstrated ability to manage creative projects from concept to delivery. Understanding of e-commerce and social media platform requirements.

Strong art direction and team leadership capabilities. Spearhead the creative direction and execution of AI-enhanced video advertising campaigns across social media and e-commerce platforms. Develop and maintain brand visual identity guidelines that blend traditional and AI-generated assets. Lead the conceptualization and production of product visualization, from packaging to promotional materials.

Oversee the integration of AI tools into existing creative workflows while maintaining brand quality standards. Collaborate with marketing teams to create data-driven visual content that drives engagement and conversions. Direct and execute photo/video shoots that can be enhanced with AI tools. Create and optimize visual assets for multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Amazon).

Expert proficiency in AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion)

REQUIREMENTS: Masters in Arts in visual arts, digital arts, graphic design, 3d Animation, game design or similar digital arts degree wherein education focus is on digital and visual art production.

HOURS: 40 hours/week
