Packed with a whopping 50g+ of protein per serving (plus fiber!) it combines our limited-edition Shamrock Protein Smoothie powder with greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and a ton of fun toppings for a craveably crunchy finish. And there’s more — the chocolate “lid” adds an element of surprise that makes the whole eating experience feel extra magical. We really outdid ourselves with this one and can't wait for you to try it at home!

  1. Add the Greek yogurt, milk, maple syrup, chia seeds, and FlavCity Shamrock Protein Smoothie to a blender then blend until it’s well mixed. 
  2. Pour the mixture into a 8-12 oz jar then refrigerate for 15 minutes. 
  3. In a double boiler, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil then mix until melted. 
  4. Remove the chia pudding from the fridge and pour the chocolate over top. Garnish with cacao nibs, pistachios, and flaky salt. Then place back in the fridge for 5 minutes. 
  5. Remove from the fridge and use a spoon to break open the chocolate top then enjoy.
