This delicious Single-Serve Protein Key Lime Pie is a refreshing, nutrient-dense dessert made with epic ingredients. It’s got a double dose of protein from Greek Yogurt and our FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie and both ingredients make it super creamy. The zing comes from fresh lime juice and the sweetness comes from a touch of maple syrup. Vanilla extract adds richness and some crushed Simple Mills honey cinnamon crackers give this treat the satisfying crunch of a conventional graham cracker crust, but with no refined sugar. It’s an awesome guilt- and grain-free dessert that still supports your wellness goals. What’s not to love about that?

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt, FlavCity Vanilla Cream protein smoothie, lime juice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Place the crackers in a ziplock bag and use a rolling pin to gently crush them. Sprinkle most of the crushed crackers into the bottom of a small jar or glass.
  3. Spoon the creamy yogurt mixture over the cracker base.
  4. Top with lime zest and a little dollop of whipped cream,if desired. Top with remaining crushed crackers.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes, if you want it extra thick. Or enjoy it immediately!
