High Protein Chocolate Chip Granola

High Protein Chocolate Chip Granola

Author: Jazz Leaf • Dec 23, 2025

If you’re looking for a go-to granola that feels indulgent but works for everyday, this one checks every box. A simple mix of oats, nuts, seeds, and FlavCity's Vanilla Cream Protein bakes up crisp, golden, and perfectly clustered. The chocolate chips melt right in for a sweet finish without overpowering the rest. Make a batch once and enjoy it all week long.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, chopped nuts, seeds, Flavcity Vanilla Cream All-In-One Protein Smoothie Powder cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the granola evenly on the baking sheet and press it down lightly with a spatula (this helps it form clusters).
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, until golden brown and fragrant. Careful not to stir during the baking process, this creates the clusters!
  7. Once it’s pulled out, sprinkle it with chocolate chips and sea salt then let it sit on the pan until fully cooled, it crisps up as it cools.
  8. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.

Tips!!

  • Don’t skip the hemp seeds! They add 10g of complete protein per 3 tablespoons and a subtle nutty flavor.
  • My favorite way to eat it: sprinkled over Greek yogurt or cottage cheese with a drizzle of almond butter.
