A beloved dessert and popular breakfast come together in these Tiramisu Overnight Oats. This recipe is high in fiber - from the oats and chia seeds - and high in protein from both the FlavCity plant-based Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie and the yogurt. Maple syrup and vanilla give these oats the right level of sweetness and depth of flavor. Directions

  • Mix all the overnight oats ingredients together in a bowl, transfer to a mason jar, put the lid on, and stash it in the fridge overnight.
  • The next morning, mix the yogurt and maple syrup together in a bowl, take the overnight oats out of the fridge and remove the lid, then spoon a layer of the yogurt on top of the oats.
  • Finally, take the cocoa and sift it over top.
  • Enjoy!
