Tiramisu Overnight Oats

Ingredients

Overnight Oats

  • .33 cup sprouted oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 Scoops FlavCity plant-based Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie
  • .75 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • .25 cup coffee
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • .5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Topping

  • .25 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Cocoa powder

Directions

  • Mix all the overnight oats ingredients together in a bowl, transfer to a mason jar, put the lid on, and stash it in the fridge overnight.
  • The next morning, mix the yogurt and maple syrup together in a bowl, take the overnight oats out of the fridge and remove the lid, then spoon a layer of the yogurt on top of the oats.
  • Finally, take the cocoa and sift it over top.
  • Enjoy!
