Protein Sheet Pancake

An easier, less tedious way to make pancakes for a family or group of people. This Protein Sheet Pancake is easy to pop in the oven and it’s packed with 28.5g of protein per serving.

- Preheat oven to 400F. Add the water, eggs, egg white, ghee, maple syrup, vanilla to a blender. Blend on high for 15 seconds.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend on high until batter forms. It should be loose enough to pour, but if not, add just a little bit of water if needed.
- Rub a quarter sized sheet pan with butter or ghee then fill the pan with the batter. Gently tap the pan on the counter to help it spread evenly.
- Top the batter with fruit of choice and bake at 400F for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
