2 scoops FlavCity Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
2 cups almond flour
1/2 cup arrowroot starch or tapioca starch
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Add the water, eggs, egg white, ghee, maple syrup, vanilla to a blender. Blend on high for 15 seconds.
Add the rest of the ingredients and blend on high until batter forms. It should be loose enough to pour, but if not, add just a little bit of water if needed.
Rub a quarter sized sheet pan with butter or ghee then fill the pan with the batter. Gently tap the pan on the counter to help it spread evenly.
Top the batter with fruit of choice and bake at 400F for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
