- Add the cottage cheese to a food processor and mix it until it’s smooth. You can also use a bowl and immersion blender for this step.

- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with a hand mixer until it has stiff peaks.
- Alternate layers of the mousse mixture with whipped cream to a bowl, and enjoy!
