Cottage Cheese Protein Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic whole milk cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop (1/2 cup) FlavCity Chocolate Protein Smoothie
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Directions

  • Add the cottage cheese to a food processor and mix it until it’s smooth. You can also use a bowl and immersion blender for this step.
  • Add our FlavCity Protein Smoothie and mix again until it’s fully incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with a hand mixer until it has stiff peaks.
  • Alternate layers of the mousse mixture with whipped cream to a bowl, and enjoy!
