Swiss Rolls

Everyone's childhood favorite, but a much healthier version! Swiss Rolls are an easy dessert to make and are loaded with protein. They have a delicious, rich chocolate flavor from our FlavCity Chocolate Protein Smoothie and get topped off with Bobby Approved sprinkles. They’re an all-around winner!

Swiss Rolls

  • Cut off the crust of the bread slices.
  • Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread carefully. Set aside.
  • Add the heavy cream to a medium bowl along with our FlavCity Chocolate Protein Smoothie. Mix well with a hand mixer.
  • Divide the mixture and spread it onto the flattened pieces of bread.
  • Carefully roll up each slice of bread.
  • Dip the bread rolls into the melted chocolate, making sure to cover each one thoroughly.
  • Place them on a parchment paper lined sheet tray.
  • Top with sprinkles, if desired.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set, and enjoy!!
