With its sweet, sour, and tangy flavor, this quick treat is the perfect on-the-go snack you need in your life! These Sour Blueberries make a great low-sugar snack for both kids and adults, because they’re made with our FlavCity Grapefruit Lemonade.

  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt with FlavCity Grapefruit Superfood Lemonade, until well combined. Then add the blueberries and stir until they’re coated with the yogurt/lemonade mixture.
  • Spoon the blueberries onto a parchment paper-lined sheet pan and freeze for at least an hour (until frozen). Break into bite-sized pieces, and enjoy!
