  • Using a hand mixer, combine the cream cheese and FlavCity Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie until smooth and creamy. This may take 3-5 minutes on low-medium speed, if the cream cheese is not at room temp.
  • Toast the bread on the griddle with some vanilla ghee.
  • Either smear the cream cheese on the toast with a knife or get fancy and pipe it using a piping bag.
  • Top with chopped pecans and a dusting of pumpkin pie spice.
  • Enjoy!
