  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (minus the toppings)
  • Then layer it like a parfait in a mason jar or cup with the pumpkin spice hemp heart n’oats mixture going in first
  • Add 2 tbsp Greek yogurt and pumpkin seeds, another layer of the hemp hearts mixture
  • finish with Greek yogurt, pumpkin seeds, and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
  • Let it hydrate in the fridge overnight and enjoy!
