An easy, on-the-go breakfast with 35g of protein, that you can make ahead with FlavCity Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie, to start your day.

Directions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (minus the toppings)
- Then layer it like a parfait in a mason jar or cup with the pumpkin spice hemp heart n’oats mixture going in first
- Add 2 tbsp Greek yogurt and pumpkin seeds, another layer of the hemp hearts mixture
- finish with Greek yogurt, pumpkin seeds, and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
- Let it hydrate in the fridge overnight and enjoy!
