Protein Rice Cakes are a fuel-filled snack with added protein to keep you satisfied and full. They’re made with peanut butter, fruit, and FlavCity Protein Smoothie for a delicious snack any time you crave one!

  • In a double boiler, add the chocolate chips and stir until melted.
  • Then in a separate bowl, mix together the peanut butter and FlavCity Protein Smoothie.
  • Top each rice cake with about 2 tbsp of the peanut butter/protein mixture.
  • Add the fruit toppings of your choice to each cake.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the top of each cake, then sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes, or until the chocolate is set and enjoy!
