Protein Ice Cream

You don't need an ice cream maker to make this creamy, high-protein treat! With simple ingredients, like FlavCity Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie, and a blender, you can make this protein-packed ice cream.

  • Add all the ingredients (except the sprinkles) to a blender, and mix until well-combined.
  • Pour the liquid into a mold (either an ice cube tray or a mini silicon muffin mold work great!) and freeze for 6-8 hours until firm.
  • Add the frozen disks to a blender then pour a tiny bit of milk. Blend until smooth. (Careful not to blend too long or add too much milk or it will turn into a milkshake!)
  • Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
