This Protein Cereal doesn't have any bad-for-you additives or refined sugar. On top of that, this whole recipe has 30g protein from nutrient-dense sorghum flour and our FlavCity Protein Smoothie. This is a much better way to start your day than with most store-bought, sugar-filled cereals. This recipe makes 1-2 servings.

Directions
  • Add all the ingredients, minus the almond milk, to a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Add 1/4 cup almond milk, and stir until the dough becomes sticky and moldable. Add more milk, if needed, to get the right consistency.
  • Spray your hands with ghee or coconut oil, and roll your mixture into little balls then pop them in the air fryer at 350F for 7-12 minutes until crispy!
  • Top with your milk of choice & enjoy!!!
