Like your regular morning coffee, but better! Not only does this coffee have 13g of added protein from the FlavCity Protein Smoothie, but it’s also made with ghee and coconut oil, which allow for a slower release of the caffeine, so you stay satiated longer and energized throughout the day.

Directions

  • Add brewed coffee, FlavCity Protein Smoothie, ghee, and coconut oil to a blender, with the lid on tight.
  • Cover the blender with a kitchen towel to hold the lid in place. (This is a precautionary measure, as hot liquids, when blended, can create pressure that could blow off the lid.)
  • Blend for 15-30 seconds at high speed.
  • Pour into a mug and enjoy!
