Grilled Banana and Whipped Chia Pudding

- Preheat the grill so that it’s hot enough to get those nice grill marks on your banana.
- In a blender add the ice, chia seeds, FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie, and 1/4 cup almond milk to start. Blend it on high for a few minutes until the chia seeds and ice pieces are very small and the texture is smooth and creamy. Add a little more almond milk (no more than an additional 2 tbsp), only if needed to get a creamy consistency.
- Without peeling the banana, cut it in half lengthwise, and then sprinkle it with coconut sugar and dust with pumpkin spice.
- Spray the banana with avocado oil spray and place it, peel side up, on the grill for 2-4 minutes, just enough to add grill marks and caramelize the coconut sugar.
- Top with the whipped chia pudding, add a dusting of pumpkin spice, and enjoy!
