Did we say Cottage Cheese Ice Cream?! We sure did! Our FlavCity Protein Smoothie and cottage cheese give this ice cream more than 25g of protein per serving! It’s creamy and has fresh strawberries added for a delicious, fruity flavor. This is the cool and creamy, high-protein treat you need in your life!

  • Add the cottage cheese and FlavCity Protein Smoothie to a food processor and mix until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into a 2-cup glass container.
  • Chop the strawberries, sprinkle them in the ice cream mixture, and stir to combine.
  • Cover the container and freeze it for 1 hour. Then, remove the lid and stir the mixture.
  • Repeat this process every hour for 4 hours, to achieve the perfect, creamy consistency. Then, enjoy!

Note: This recipe is best enjoyed immediately upon achieving the scoopable consistency. Freezing it longer turns it into a block of ice, which then requires some defrost time before you can stir and scoop it again.
