Indulgent and delicious, these Cookie Dough Balls are the perfect high-protein dessert but not loaded with added sugar. They can be made with any flavor of our FlavCity Protein Smoothie!

Directions

  • Combine almond flour, coconut flour, and FlavCity Protein Smoothie in a large bowl with a whisk.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix until you get a cookie dough consistency.
  • Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop balls onto a parchment paper-lined sheet tray.
  • Freeze for 30-60 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in a double boiler, melt chocolate chips.
  • Drizzle melted chocolate over cookie dough balls.
  • Top with sprinkles and/or shredded coconut, if desired, and ENJOY!
