Cinnamon Apples
Directions
  • Make the apples. Core and finely dice one apple, then add it to a pan over medium heat along with some ghee and cinnamon. Cook until the apples are golden in color. Set aside.
  • Make the Oats. To a blender add the rolled oats, chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yogurt, FlavCity Protein Smoothie, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Blend until everything is well combined.
  • Reserve about 1 tablespoon of the apples. Add half of the remaining apples to the bottom of a mason jar, followed by half of the blended oats mixture. Then, add the remaining apples, followed by the last half of the blended oats mixture. Top with a dusting of cinnamon and the reserved apples. Cover and stash the blended oats in the fridge for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy for breakfast or as a snack.

Note: If using FlavCity plant-based protein, be sure to use 2 scoops.
