Directions
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie until well combined. Set aside.
  • Slice the mango into two “cheeks” from the flat sides of the pit.
  • To peel the skin away from the flesh of the mango, use the edge of a glass to carefully slide the mango half from the bottom edge of its skin to the top, while applying gentle pressure. The cheek of mango flesh should fall into the glass in one whole piece.
  • Place each cheek of the mango into the bowl with the yogurt protein mixture and coat it generously on both sides using a spoon.
  • Transfer the coated mangos to a parchment-lined baking sheet, Then, press one popsicle stick into each mango (with the top of the stick starting at the center of the mango). Then freeze the mangos for 3-4 hours.
  • Just before the mangos are ready to come out of the freezer, melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler. Once melted, stir in the coconut oil and remove from heat. Then, remove the mangos from the freezer and work quickly to coat each mango thoroughly with the chocolate using a spoon.
  • Place them back on the parchment-lined sheet and return them to the freezer for about 30 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set. Then enjoy!
Note: Store any leftovers in a sealed container or zip top bag in the freezer.
