Dole Whip

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups frozen pineapple
  • 2 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp coconut milk
  • 1/2 scoop FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie

Directions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend it for a few seconds. Stop the blender, scrape the sides, and blend again until you get a smooth and creamy texture.
  • Either pipe it (if you want to be fancy) or spoon it directly into a bowl and enjoy!
