Protein Peanut Butter Crunch Bars

Ingredients

  • 6 scoops FlavCity Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie*
  • 5.5 tablespoons almond milk
  • .25 cup coconut flour
  • .25 cup chopped peanuts
  • .75 cup chocolate chips, melted

Directions

  • In a bowl, mix together the protein, coconut flour, and almond milk.
  • Add the chopped peanuts and mix.
  • Line a 4x6 container with parchment paper and evenly press the mixture into it.
  • Pour the melted chocolate chips on top.
  • Refrigerate the bars for 30 minutes.
  • Use the parchment paper to lift the mixture from the container and cut it into eight bars.
  • You can store the bars in the fridge for up to five days.
