Protein Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1 scoop (1/2 cup) FlavCity Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie

Directions

  • Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and mix it up over medium heat for a few minutes.
  • When little bubbles start forming on the surface, stir it up again and then remove from heat.
  • Let it cool for 5 minutes then spoon it into a mini cupcake mold.
  • Place in freezer for 2-3 hours or til solid, and remove from molds.
  • Best enjoyed immediately or kept frozen or refrigerated.
