Protein Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 strawberries
  • 1 bunch of grapes
  • 1.5 oranges (or mandarins)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 handful of blueberries
  • .5 lemon
  • 1 scoop FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie
  • .75 cup organic Greek yogurt

Directions

  • Chop up all the fruit into bite-sized pieces (except the blueberries), and add them all to a bowl. Squeeze 1/2 lemon over the fruit and toss to mix.
  • In a separate bowl, add the Greek yogurt and our FlavCity Vanilla Cream Protein Smoothie. Mix it with a whisk until well combined.
  • Pour the protein yogurt mixture over top of the fruit, then toss it well to coat all the fruit.
  • Enjoy!
