Protein Berry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop (1/2 cup) FlavCity Brownie Batter Protein Smoothie
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) grass-fed butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1.5-2 cups frozen mixed berries

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375F.
  • In a bowl, add the almond flour, FlavCity Protein Smoothie and butter and use a fork or pastry cutter to mash the ingredients together until it’s clumpy and crumbly.
  • Pour the frozen fruit directly into a 4-5 cup baking dish.
  • Pour the crumble mixture onto the fruit.
  • Bake for about 40 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown and the fruit juices are bubbling through the crumble.
  • Let cool for at least 20 minutes before digging in, and enjoy!
