Lemonade Coconut Cashews

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons coconut milk powder
  • 4 scoops FlavCity Superfood Lemonade

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the cashews in a single layer on a ceramic sheet tray and bake them for five minutes to toast them up. Remove once golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, melt the coconut oil. Once you remove the cashews from the oven, pour them into a medium sized bowl and then pour the melted coconut oil over the top. Cover the bowl with a lid and shake it to coat the nuts well with the oil.
  • In a separate smaller bowl, mix the coconut milk powder and the FlavCity lemonade, then sprinkle the mixture over top of the cashews. Cover the bowl with a lid again and shake it well once more to coat the nuts with the powder mixture.
  • Plate them up and enjoy!
