Preheat the oven to 350F. Place the cashews in a single layer on a ceramic sheet tray and bake them for five minutes to toast them up. Remove once golden brown.
Meanwhile, melt the coconut oil. Once you remove the cashews from the oven, pour them into a medium sized bowl and then pour the melted coconut oil over the top. Cover the bowl with a lid and shake it to coat the nuts well with the oil.
In a separate smaller bowl, mix the coconut milk powder and the FlavCity lemonade, then sprinkle the mixture over top of the cashews. Cover the bowl with a lid again and shake it well once more to coat the nuts with the powder mixture.
