Who doesn’t love Ferrero Rocher hazelnut chocolates? Well, now you can enjoy all the flavors of your favorite chocolate candy without loads of sugar or chemicals and with way more nutrition. These Ferrero Rocher Overnight Oats deliver on the 3 Cs; crunchy, creamy and chocolatey! They’re super high in protein from our FlavCity Chocolate Protein Smoothie and Greek yogurt. Plus, the chopped, toasted hazelnuts give them more protein and healthy fats along with a satisfying crunch - just like the candy! These oats are the perfect way to mix things up for your food prep game.

Directions

  • Place ¼ cup of the brown rice cereal into 4 meal-prep jars or containers.
  • Pour 2 tablespoons of milk over each portion to slightly soften the cereal.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, FlavCity Chocolate Protein Smoothie, milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until fully incorporated.
  • Spoon the oat mixture evenly over the cereal layer in each jar.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 15-second intervals (up to 90 seconds total), making sure to stir well after each 15 seconds (to avoid burning).
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate ganache evenly over the oat layer in each jar.
  • Sprinkle with crushed roasted hazelnuts for a crunchy, Ferrero Rocher-inspired finish.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Enjoy it cold, straight from the jar!
  • Note:
  • If using FlavCity plant-based protein, be sure to use 4 scoops. Gram of protein per serving will vary.
  • These oats keep well in the fridge for up to 5 days.
